More refugee madness
Read this article and weep for what is rapidly being revealed as the myth of Australia’s sense of justice. We take a tiny proportion of the world’s refugees and, through cravenly political processes, condemn those that come by so-called illegal means to suffering, confinement and, if they are unlucky, death at sea.
Who would suffer from a humane approach to refugees? No one. Who would gain? All of us, through a recognition of our common humanity.
