The Great Ocean Walk
The Great Ocean Walk is only 110 km from Apollo Bay to near Port Campbell and we would never think the fabled road route was special after completing this path. The coastline and the forests behind it are absolutely spectacular and it is nearly all National Park, so the wildlife is abundant, the cliff-line is awe-inspiring, and the trees immense.
For some reason, I didn’t keep a blog, but here are a series of slideshow and comments to accompany our trip. COVID has just relaxed its grip and at last we could do some travelling. Along the way, we got to see Lakes Entrance, and we travelled home via Ballarat, Bendigo and Rutherglen. We saw a lot of rural Victoria and very much enjoyed it!
